At SK Tower we cook with the land. Garden greens from the Eastern Region, fresh fish from our own coast, spices traded through Accra's markets — matched with techniques and wines from the world beyond.
The room itself glows at golden hour, when the city lights begin and the kitchen's open flame takes over. Whether it is a business breakfast at 7am or a tasting menu at 9pm, the standard is the same: honest food, beautifully served.
